Minimum requirements for this Paper Machine Supervisor:
- At least 3 years of paper machine operations experience
- Proven leadership as a Supervisor, Lead, or Engineer in the paper industry
- Strong knowledge of paper machine processes, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
